Roofing Installer / Labourer
Full-Time / SeasonalJoin our roofing crew installing shingles, underlayment, flashing, and ventilation systems on residential projects across Winnipeg.
What You'll Do:
- Install roofing materials including shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces
- Install underlayment, flashing, and ventilation components
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Roofing experience preferred but willing to train
Eavestroughing & Exterior Installer
Full-Time / SeasonalHelp install and repair eavestroughing, soffit, fascia, and siding on residential homes throughout the Winnipeg area.
What You'll Do:
- Measure, cut, and install aluminum eavestroughing and downspouts
- Install soffit, fascia, and siding products
- Perform repairs and replacements on existing exteriors
- Work with the team to complete projects efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with exterior building products is an asset
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working on ladders and at moderate heights
- Valid driver's license is an asset
